At Dental Laser Center of Chicago, your first appointment includes a thorough exam and gathering any information that our periodontist must be aware of in order to provide care specifically to your oral health. We understand that all patients are different and require individualized care.

Dental Laser Center of Chicago accepts most PPO insurances and Medicaid. Please note, we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage, as the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. We are happy to answer questions you may have regarding insurance and payment options. Please contact our office. We are here to help you get the dentistry you want or need.

Missed Appointment (s) and Cancellations:

Our goal is to provide treatment in a timely manner with as few visits as necessary. In order to provide the best services to our patients, we require at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations or for re- scheduling your appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which may result in canceling or missing your appointment. A $150.00 charge may be assessed for multiple missed, short notice or canceled appointments. Multiple failed appointments may result in being dismissed from the dental practice.
